Hannah was an immense help me to in my training and preparation for The Marathon Des Sables. Her understanding of a runner’s needs, physical treatment, stretching and care advice and general support made a big difference. Plus, she’s just a lovely person to be around!
Hannah is a miracle worker and managed to get me back out on the cricket pitch in no time. Definitely go and see her if you’ve got aches, pains, niggles or more serious sports injury and she’ll help you on the road to recovery.

Hannah really helped me with several ongoing muscle problems. I saw her weekly for several months and noticed a massive difference after several injuries playing football over the years. Specifically I had really bad adductor issues and hannah not only helped me through sports massage, but also gave me additional stretches etc to help me away from the massage table. After a relatively bad ligament injury, Hannah gave me weekly advice and treatments that were hugely beneficial, in addition to enabling me to work on building movement back on my own time. She knows her stuff and as importantly – is bloody lovely to boot, which is important when digging out knots like mine!!
When I went to see Hannah I couldn’t lift my arm to open a door, and after a couple of sessions I was back in the pool. If you’ve managed to bust yourself through any ill-advised sporting endeavours or general misadventures I would recommend giving Hannah a call.
Hannah was excellent in the diagnosis and treatment of my injury throughout 2014. A pleasure to go to every week for help she got me back on the straight and narrow in no time without any reoccurrence. If I were still in the UK and had any sports injury she’d be my first port of call.
I had a recurring leg injury for months but one visit to Hannah sorted it out. She is very diligent in her assessment, provided me with some great treatment to the affected area and recommended a post-appointment regime which was very effective. Will definitely see her again if I get any more sports related injuries.
I had a big running injury last April and saw Hannah over a period of a few weeks which helped my recovery massively. She did a full assessment on my injury to hep determine where the main issue was coming from and spent the time diligently looking at the injured area. She also provided additional exercises for me to try in my own time to help aid my recovery which were really useful. On a personal level she was super lovely and really personable. Would totally recommend!
Hannah came into our office on a weekly basis to deliver sports massages. Her treatment was always first class, tailored to the type of sport and activity that I do. I used Hannah twice in preparation for triathlons and definitely felt the benefit of doing so. Hannah’s massages also help me feel much more relaxed in the office.

Having suffered with a twingy calf for a while it got worse and worse so I called in to see Hannah. She is very professional and thorough, asking lots of questions and being very patient when i didn’t really know how to put the pain into words! After 2 sessions it was feeling loads better but Hannah also gave me stretches to keep doing and exercise recommendations so as not to undo all the good work. Friendly, experienced and effective. Hannah has been working on my lower back pain, and I can honestly say, even in a short amount of time, it has helped. I’ve been using a couple stretching techniques Hannah taught me, too – which are doing the trick. Well recommended.
